QUALITY RETURNS AND CREDITS

PRO PIERCE jewellery is manufactured to the highest standards and is 100% guaranteed.  Jewellery may be supplied + or - 1mm in length or diameter.  Any item ordered which is currently out of stock, you will be notified and have the option to place a Backorder.  In the event of stock being damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer must notify PRO PIERCE within 14 days of the invoice date.  No returns or credits will be accepted without the prior approval of PRO PIERCE.  PRO PIERCE will not warrantee or replace any jewellery or tools damaged by misuse or abuse.  Used returns are not accepted.  We do not sell used products as we know you do not want to buy used products.  All products remain the property of PRO PIERCE until payment has been received in full.
