The Horizontal Clitoral Hood
  A very stimulating piercing using a captive bead ring, as the ball rests directly on the clitoris. A 14 gauge ring must be used with a minimum of 10mm diameter. When measuring size ensure the bead of the ring will rest on the clitoris. The piercing must be done in front of the thick nerve cord which angles from the clitoris back up inside the body. This is absolutely critical to ensure the desired sexual effect.
